As we speak, the number of cancer survivors in the United States is estimated to be 14.5 million, and will grow to almost 19 million by 2024, according to an updated report by the American Cancer Society. Having events like Dance Music Against Cancer will only help to make more younger people aware of this deadly disease, and to encourage people to go for annual check-ups and educate themselves in-regards to the signs and symptoms of cancer. Early prevention and detection increases the survival rate. Ultimately, we are all striving towards the common goal and that’s to one day find a cure.

Disorderly Music asks the entire New York City and tri-state dance music community to please get involved with this event. You can help by promoting the event and letting your friends and family know that we are working very hard as artists to truly make a difference, and with your help, we can achieve this goal.
