Exclusive EDMNYC Free Downloads and Review: Two New Sevag Mashups

Sevag, a resident at Mister East nightclub in Roselle, NJ, has become one of the most talked about local artists in the last year. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing him spin on several occasions at his M.E. residency, as well as his massive five-hour set at Surf Club opening for Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano last August. Sevag is not only talented, ambitious, and successful, but he’s also a very humble guy with an incredible support team and following behind him.

On behalf of EDMNYC, I’m honored to present the debut release and free download links for “The Matador Miracle” (Sevag Area-201 Mashup), and Sebjak & Marcus Schossow vs Technotronic – “Pump Liceu Up” (Sevag Area-201 Mashup).

“The Matador Miracle” is my personal favorite of the two because it is really heavy, but has that amazing and beautiful Fragma vocal that we all used to belt at the top of our lungs in the club back in ’96 when it first came out.

“Pump Liceu Up” is just awesome because let’s face it, how awesome is “Pump Up The Jam” by Technotronic? Talk about yet another killer throwback that we all still love to sing. What a great way to bring us all back to our younger days. Nice work, Sevag!

Sevag’s music has been supported in DJ sets and podcasts produced by powerhouse DJ’s such as Thomas Gold, Roger Sanchez, Ken Loi and Arno Cost, just to name a few. Last week, Henrix included this mashup in his set at Governor’s Island opening for Hardwell. Check out the reaction it got and you’ll see why this mashup is so hot for yourself…

If you are one of the few people who still hasn’t had the privilege of hearing Sevag spin yet,you can catch him every Friday night this summer at Avenue in Long Branch, NJ, and in September back at his Saturday night residency at Mister East for the most  amazing nightlife experience that you’ll be bragging to your friends about for a long time. And of course, be sure to check out Sevag on his social media sites below:
