RPM Presents, the world’s premier dance music focused marketing and management group, has locked down some solid artists over the course of the Halloween weekend. They are so good that we wish we could be in two places at once.14633212_1465290770151216_6493533546030004226_oFriday, 10/28, at the Brooklyn Hangar is the debut show for HI-LO (Oliver Heldens’ alias), with performances also by Hotel Garuda and Wax Motif.
